Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan was established in 1951 by the late Muhammad Shoaib, former Finance Minister. The Institute was granted statutory status in 1966. It has maintained high standard both in imparting education and testing and has produced high caliber business managers with the specialized skills of management accountancy. The Institute has 1600 members and 25000 registered students making it one of the largest professional institutions in Pakistan.
